01 — About these terms

These terms govern your use of the DRIVERRR car sharing service, including our website, mobile applications and vehicles. By creating an account or unlocking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 — Eligibility

To join you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver license that has been held for a minimum of two years, and pass our identity and driving record checks. We may refuse or withdraw membership at our discretion where these conditions are not met.

03 — Your account

You are responsible for all activity on your account, including trips taken by anyone you allow to use it. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.

04 — Booking and using a vehicle

A booking begins when the vehicle is unlocked through the app and ends when it is parked within a permitted home zone, switched off, and locked through the app. You are responsible for the vehicle for the whole of that period.

Before you drive, inspect the vehicle and report any damage through the app. Damage reported after a trip begins may be attributed to that trip.

05 — Pricing and charges

Trips are billed per minute at the rate shown in the app at the time of booking. The displayed rate includes fuel, insurance and standard parking within the home zone.

Additional charges may apply for:

• late returns and returns outside a permitted home zone

• cleaning beyond normal use

• refuelling or recharging where a vehicle is returned below the minimum level

• any other fees set out in our current fee schedule

06 — Fuel, charging and condition

Vehicles are supplied fueled or charged and ready to drive. Return the vehicle in the condition you found it, free of trash and personal belongings. Smoking, vaping and the transport of animals outside a suitable carrier are not permitted in any vehicle.

07 — Insurance and damage

All trips include the insurance cover described in our insurance summary, subject to the deductible stated there. Cover may be void where a trip breaches these terms, including where the driver was unlicensed, under the influence, or using the vehicle for a prohibited purpose.

You must report any collision or damage to us immediately and, where required, to the police.

08 — Fines, tolls and penalties

You are responsible for all parking charges, toll fees and traffic citations incurred during your booking. Where these are issued to us, we will pass them on to you together with an administration fee as set out in the fee schedule.

09 — Prohibited use

Vehicles may not be used for racing, timed events, track driving, off-road driving, driving instruction, towing, transporting hazardous goods, hire or reward, or any unlawful purpose. Vehicles may not be taken outside the operating region without our prior written consent.

10 — Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account where you breach these terms, where payment fails, or where we reasonably believe continued access presents a risk to the fleet or to other members. You may close your account at any time through the app, subject to settlement of outstanding charges.

11 — Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the charges paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 — Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
